This is a 21-day challenge designed to help you automate one habit that you want to adopt. You choose your habit, and I'll teach you all the ways I know to help you make that habit part of your daily routine. Each day for 21 days, I'll give you a new tool, tip, or strategy to help you hone your habit.

I've compiled all the best science-backed habit and behavioral change strategies into a transformational journey to help you dial in the #1 habit that will lead you to your goals. This challenge is jam-packed with valuable tips and tools and I want to share it with as many people as possible.
